We all want to be as fit and healthy as we can. What we eat plays a huge role in not only the way our bodies look, but also in the way we feel and what we can do. New evidence has come to light showing that taking a Vitamin C or E supplement after working out may actually serve to UNDO the benefits of your workout. Working out has long been known to help increase metabolism and fight obesity related diseases such as diabetes because it releases free radicals and causes the body to metabolize carbohydrates better. By infusing the body with antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E that serve to block free radicals, the effects of exercise may actually be reversed.
